We have organized this website to allow the community to keep abreast of community activities and contribute to the issues that impact the overall growth and prosperity of the Perrywood Manor Community.  It is the goal and responsiblity of the Board of Directors that this site will allow the board and the management company to better serve this community. 

Perrywood Manor is a small community located in a tranquil setting, in lovely Prince Georges County Maryland.  This Upper Marlboro, Maryland (http://uppermarlboromd.gov/about/) community is surrounded by a rich history dating back to the founding of this nation.  It is within a short distance to the state's capital, Annapolis, Maryland and equally as close to the nation's capital of Washington, DC. 

The community has amongst its 30 homes, a historic mansion ("Manor Mansion") nestled within this small community.  Other attractions and amenities are its large pond, many walking trails and a lovely water fountain that attracts wildlife throughout the year.  There are several nearby parks, like Watkins Park and Allen Pond Park that offer many family activities including camp areas, a nature center, a tennis bubble, many play and picnic areas, ice skating, peddle boating and much more.  For the golf enthusiast, within miles of this community are two of the most prestigeous golf courses in the state.

This community is a gem with its stunning setting and location; and not least of all, are the Perrywood Manor residents adding to this great community.
